wobbly bicycle wheels

This is a great way to save money and if you have friends with bicycles that need truing you can even make a couple of bucks.  You will hear this gentleman talk of a "truing stand" this improves the efficiency of truing. The term to TRUE a wheel is to make it straight and not wobbly.  You can find a truing tool at any hardware store or bike shop and maybe even at the 99 cent store.
